Notifications when a new release/deployment is rolled out

You can now create notifications that are sent out when a new release/deployment is created in Tideways and 90 minutes after the release with a performance comparision. For now only Slack, Hipchat and Flowdock are supported integrations, but we are working on E-Mail already. (Blogpost)
