MacOS Support for Tideways generally available

There is now Homebrew support for the MacOS release of Tideways. This includes installation of PHP Extension, Daemon and CLI.

The PHP Extension is supported in versions 8.0, 8.1, 8.2 and 8.3 and both ARM and Intel processors are supported for all packages.
