Improve Environment Activation

Until now the environments feature created non-production environment with a hardcoded 24 hour activation time, after which they got automatically de-activated and stopped collecting new data.

Starting now, environments are flexible with how long they are active. By default they get created forever, but you can modify them through the UI or REST-API to be active only for 1 day, 1 hour or 1 week after which they get deactivated.
