Release of Daemon v1.5.60

• Bugfix: Requests in first minute after starting daemon, before synchronization with backend could store measurements/traces in the wrong service, because the feature flag for services was disabled by default.
• Bugfix: Globally Ignored Exceptions were not filtered out from error rate in monitoring data in combination with PHP Extension v5.
