CLI 1.0.10 released

• Improvement: For curl, wget and httpie based profiling, the tideways run command now also checks the TIDEWAYS_APIKEY environment variable.
• New Feature: Make project name optional when calling tideways run, infer from php binary or URL passed to curl/wget/http
• New Feature: Print helpful warning when called php binary does not have tideways installed or correctly configured.
