CLI 1.2.0 released

• New Feature: tideways completion to generate shell autocompletion scripts.
• Improvement: Improved error reporting in tideways import when an incorrect token is passed.
• Bugfix: Fix possible crash when calling tideways run with a non-existent PHP executable.
• Removal: The long-deprecated tideways event:create alias has been removed. Use tideways event create instead.
• Removal: The tideways benchmark command has been removed.
• Change: Update dependencies and rebuild with current Golang version.
