Daemon 1.9.36 released

• Improvement: Report separate “Servers” for each Tideways daemon instance when running in Kubernetes. Previously all instances with the same hostname were considered to be the same “server”.
• Bugfix: Tideways Daemon now updates version information whenever learning about a new application, instead of waiting for 2 hours since the last version information update.
• Change: Update dependencies and rebuild with current Golang version.
