Email Integration Improvement
Preset email addresses: We improved our email notification system in such a way as you can now select between preset user email addresses and/or teams. You don’t have to enter the email address(es) of the person or team to receive a notification manually anymore. This enhances usability as it solves the problem of the previously non-existing linking of the email address with the user.
Individual muting of notifications: Furthermore, you can now mute notifications individually instead of only globally. You can execute this in the UI oder by clicking on the respective link in the email footer that says “mute this notification”.
Notifications only: Also, you can now add users to an organization with a new role “Notifications Only”. A user with this role can be assigned to e-mail notifications but can’t log into the organization in Tideways.
