Hide outliers in histogram views

The transaction and history screens show a histogram with the distribution of response times from 0 to the maximimum value in the select date range. If you had very large outliers (max values) the histograms were hard to read, so we changed them to only show the 0%-95% percentiles by default and hide the outliers. You can click the arrow button on the right of each histogram to show or hide the outliers from 95% to 100% percentiles.
