HTTP Status Codes, Exceptions in Trace List and View

We already have the information about the reponse status code of a trace or the exception class that lead the request to fail. The trace list and view now show both directly in the UI, so that you can see this information at a glance. In the next few weeks we will also add functionality to filter for the status code.
