Release of Daemon v1.5.70

• Bugfix: Fixed bug where requests that took longer than 60 seconds were discarded from monitoring data and only occured in traces.
• Bugfix: In an edge case the downstream service data is calculated wrong for the service when the customer had a small plan with 1 day retention.
• Improvement: Compile time downstream layer is now passed on to backend.
