Release of PHP Extension 5.1.16

• Improvement: WordPress instrumentation now also works in wp-admin scripts
• Improvement: For Slow SQL Query logging stacktraces now contain more frames than configured backtrace_limit
• Bugfix: Dynamic Tracepoints did not match on script (i.e. index.php) transaction names before.
• Bugfix: Fix crash in Elasticsearch extension when a query is made to a non-existant index
• Bugfix: Stacktraces were missing in deprecations logged via trigger_error
