Trace Pinning

Trace pinning detects interesting traces every day and makes sure they are kept around for a much longer period of 120 days not only 14 days. Interesting traces are defined as being near to the 95% percentile of the same day. This includes the traces that are highlighted as part of the weekly report email.

The transaction detail screen and the compare traces screen now include the last pinned trace as the first entry in the list of traces.

Pinned traces are only available for customers in the Medium and Enterprise plans and have an increased retention of 120 days.

Next up for this feature is the possibility for users to pin traces they find interesting themselves to keep them for a longer period.
