Redesign and Rework Application History

The application history screen has been completely redesigned to include additional data and re-use familiar user interface widgets:

• Add history for all environments and services
• Store and show downstream service layer data in history charts
• Show errors in history that happened on selected day, week or month
• Introduce a dedicated transaction history screen for users of the latest Standard licenses and all Pro licenses.
• Keep a history of all transactions for the latest Standard and all Pro licenses.
