Daemon 1.14.0 released

• Improvement: Update to Go 1.26, which comes with a new garbage collector implementation that is expected to reduce garbage collection overhead and thus improve performance.
• Bugfix: Include all pending deprecations in the payload sent during graceful shutdown. Previously deprecations were not part of the shutdown payload, meaning that up to 10 minutes of deprecations could be lost.
• Change: Update dependencies and rebuild with current Golang version.
