Daemon 1.15.0 released

• Improvement: Immediately send a payload whenever a new API key is seen to fetch the project configuration. Previously only the first API key received special treatment, resulting the second and following projects not having a configuration for up to one minute after first receiving data.
• Improvement: Various internal refactoring has been performed.
