Daemon 1.9.2 released

• Bugfix: Automatically detect a reduced CPU quota for Docker 20.10+.
• Change: Remove the long-ignored -udp and --force-cli-sapi-service command-line flags. Specifying these removed flags will result in Tideways Daemon failing to start, if any start-up scripts still specify these flags they will need to be adjusted.
• Change: Update dependencies and rebuild with current Golang version.
