– Bugfix: Revert removal of `–udp` flag.

– Improvement: Tracepoints that do not collect callgraphs are now also sent to the extension, raising the sampling rate for matching transactions and allowing the daemon to select more representative requests.
– Bugfix: SQL parsing now correctly understands queries with leading whitespace.
– Bugfix: Revert removal of `–force-cli-sapi-service` flag.
