• Bugfix: Redis instrumentation for `hmget` missing
• Improvement: Change how Distributed Tracing header (Beta Feature) is generated and introduce `tideways.distributed_tracing.included_hosts` and `tideways.distributed_tracing.excluded_hosts` comma-separated INI setting.
