Release of Daemon v1.5.74

• Bugfix: The option --log-outgoing didnt worked after a payload format change.
• Improvement: When no data is collected the daemon.log shows links to Support and Troubleshooting pages.
• Improvement: Elasticsearch is now calculated its own downstream layer separate from HTTP.
