Release of Tideways Daemon 1.6.16

• Bugfix: Fix crash in daemon when backend could not be reached during startup of process.
• Bugfix: Fix crash in daemon when HTTP error occured but no logfile was specified
• Bugfix: Validate service name of errors/exceptions using same rules as for monitoring/tracing data.
